The Yellowstone Shop was developed as a fully immersive e-commerce experience designed to connect deeply with the show’s fanbase. Built around themes of authenticity and connection to the American Western world, the shop served as an extension of the series’ emotional and visual storytelling.
Through strategic creative direction, the shop was strengthened to better reflect the authenticity of Yellowstone, resulting in a significant increase in audience engagement. This reimagined experience aligned with the show’s visual narrative, paying homage to its dramatic landscapes and iconic characters. It included designing scenes that integrated product photography with thematic props and backdrops inspired by Yellowstone’s settings. The online shop positioned Yellowstone not just as a television series, but as a lifestyle brand fans could engage with daily—through wearing merch and thoughtful gift-giving.
I led the creative strategy and execution for shaping the visual and user experience direction of the online shop, ensuring it remained true to the essence of the show while optimizing e-commerce performance. My role included managing a multidisciplinary team across visual design, UX/UI, copywriting, and photography. I also developed the visual identity and modular web design system, directed photoshoots, and guided the early stages of merchandise development. Our goal was to ensure all touchpoints were unified under the Yellowstone brand.
